It's about the stolen children that the Tennessee children's home society were trafficking. It's told from the viewpoint of one of the children.

Basically, it's a series about a guy that is only awake for 1 hour per day, and he witnesses POTUS leaving a murder scene. Another of his series is the Thomas Prescott series. Ex-cop that still solves cases.
