You need a good buffet, knife shop, Barbershop, massage parlor (pretty Asian women),etc to attract drivers. Then the parking has to be free for 24 hours if you spend $25 or more.  That alone will get your parking lot at least half full. Other drivers that just want to park will see a bunch of trucks and fill up the other half for a $20 fee of course. ","replyToPid":0}

I have found the pay to park places are where the scummy trash drivers are not, and more likely to not get hit.  I eat and cook in my truck. so parking shower bathroom I'd be happy to pay $20 a night.
