{"replyTo":"","text":"Forgot to mention try KT Tape.  Prob want to go to physiotherapy, get them to give you initial once over.  They will show you how to tape and other things like stretches etc to do.  Just got told today infact at physio roll a hand towel, place like a log on your bed, position upper spine on (face up).  can help stretch shoulders out.  Maybe slouching a bit driving or sinking in the bed putting pressure on the front of rotators.  Hope you feel better","replyToPid":0}
