Trailer lights not working

I checked the fuse box and replaced a few that were out. While I was replacing the fuses my truck turned off because its equipped with optimized idle. So when I turned the truck back on the trailer lights came back on. So I thought, maybe it was the fuses I replaced. I stopped to sleep 😴 and when I woke up and started driving I noticed my lights were off again. What I did was I stopped turned off my truck and when I turned it back on the lights on the trailer would come on, but when I start driving they turned off. ","replyToPid":0}

I'm also assuming when you say your trailer \"doesn't idle,\" you mean to say the tail lights don't stay on. If they work, but the lights go on and off, check for a loose connection. The other 4th grade English speakers were trying to tell you to bend.the connector pins so that when you plug them in they make firm contact. I concur with that assessment but the delivery could use proper English for clarity.
