I mainly use this for truck stops etc. This app does well out on long runs but it really gets confused in built up areas. Its suggested a few times to do a U turn in an area not built for trucks. In NYC, Chicago, VA and NJ built up areas its pretty unseless and it always goes the longest route. As long as your experienced using Google maps with a truck and use this as a back up, running at the same time you will be good.

","text":"I understand. I’ve had the same problem, even today. But what I’ve realized is, when you make that unplanned stop and you hit quit, the app defaults back to the last “completed trip” and so just when you think that you’re resuming your current trip, nope, you’re continuing the last completed trip. Heading to Waterloo on I-35 from KC; I stopped at Pilot and when I hit the navigation, it said to head I-35 South. I was confused for a sec 🤣. But then I realized that the “incomplete trip” doesn’t stay in the app. It’s rather the last “completed trip” that defaults and you hit that, you may be heading the wrong direction. {"replyTo":"","text":"I love using this app but still used with garmin , garmin shows you the shortest route but not the fastest and this app always show all the possible route so you can choose sometimes address maybe out not by much I still think this app is more up to date than garmin I sometimes have to call dispatch for gps coordinates using garmin","replyToPid":0}

{"replyTo":"","text":"I think this is the better of the trucking apps. Hammer tells you where the cheap fuel is and it also tells you where the cops are. Hopefully eventually this app will also have those perks. If you use hammer along side trucker path your good. ","replyToPid":0}

While this app is always looking for ways to update and upgrade it all takes time and a lot of information most of which is ontained through reviews.\n\nMy only siggestion for those of you utilizing Google Maps on Android or iMaps on iOS (Apple) and operating a CMV please STOP! \n\nGoogle Maps is a generalozed route but it is not Truck Specific where it knows things like Bride Heights, Lane width restrictions, Weoght Restctuon on roads and Bridges etc.\n\nM@","replyToPid":0}

I turned down a road and just new it was residential stopped put 4 ways on it was 3 am no one anywhere typed in address on here and thank god I took the next left and then right as u said to do I got to my delivery without having to back out over a mile due to the highway signs being atolen","replyToPid":0}
