Because Ohio says they have best equipment money can buy. They do not change speeding tickets.  But however.  There is away around it for free. I be glad to share

","text":"like I said I talked to lawyer. He gave me free advice.  You postpone ticket. You do this like 6 times in a row. Then pay it. By then ticket is out of courts computer. it doesn't show on your record.","replyToPid":447728}
