{"replyTo":"","text":"Been local for a few years. Nowadays I drive regional upper  Midwest. Out Monday through Friday. Some weeks I get home as early as Wednesday and drive local the other 2 days. Depends what the company needs. We've been married for over 30 years so there is no need to be with each other all the time. 4 or 5 nights out isn't a long time. I think we appreciate our time together more now and if anything it's an improvement of our relationship. I could do 1 extra week out, but that's were I have to draw the line. You know...balance is important. For me 5 days out works great, company pays decent, and relationship is solid. Life is good 👍","replyToPid":0}

{"replyTo":"","text":"I have been married for 16 years and I started trucking locally 3 1/2 years now all at night. 5-6 days and is difficult for her to understand that I double my pay from been laborer in the farming industry. I work for a guy and average a 5-6 a month. Just hard to keep intimacy due to kids at home 🥲😢but still manage 😈😈😈😁 because love and desire goes together so strong in our relationship that it’s a must other wise we go nuts. I have taken them on trips of work just so they can see first hand. I’m staying local until we can both go together OTR. That’s part of my balance. But we are all different and have different balance in our marriage just have to find it. Sacrifice must come from both.
