I stopped eating Chester’s, Arby’s, and even Carl’s Jr. at truck stops, they make my body feel super run down and I always regret it after I’m done eating. But it really is hard to eat healthy as a trucker, just takes a lot of mental discipline. \n ","text":"I’m actually a bit addicted to fast food restaurant meals. I just cannot cut it off my life, so I find a way to work around it (see my comment above).\n\nYou mentioned that your body feels super run down after eating there. I remember reading that large meals can make you feel tired. I have a (bad) habit of eating a fast food meal right before going to sleep. It puts me in the mood, and I fall asleep quickly, but be careful because I’ve heard of people chocking for eating too much before going to bed. It hasn’t happened to me, but then again, I don’t eat to the point I feel uncomfortable. I just stop eating. I do feel full, though, and some 10 minutes after I can feel fatigue starting to take over. Hahaha. ","replyToPid":426872} |
