Let’s also not forget that they are being used by American employers for their cheap labor. They have no voice as employees, so if you think they’re getting a good offer, they’re not. Also, the jobs they’re doing are jobs Americans don’t really want to be doing anyway. So who are they affecting? The Americans who live off of food stamps and who are not interested in seeking good paying jobs because then there’s no more welfare.\n\nBy the way, I do not condone illegal immigration. The same people who cross the border illegally or overstay their visas understand that they’re breaking the law. We don’t need someone like Trumpp shouting at the four corners of the earth that what they’re doing is a crime. The laws on illegal immigration will continue to be enforced whether or not someone like Trumpp is in the house. We don’t need all that drama."}

So clearly it’s very possible to not work at all and receive money from the employer and/or government. Now, I’m not proposing that people should not work at all. Covid has facilitated laziness in people who were already lazy in the first place. That’s not exactly the fault of the government, although I will admit they could have done a better job.\n\nIf only people had actually—listened—to our experts and followed the guidelines, our jobs could have returned sooner and there would have been less deaths. But no, people disregarded our experts and did whatever the hell they wanted. Conservative leaders made things even worse. This isn’t about being sheeple. People’s lives were and are at stake. Why couldn’t we handle this like—adults! We behaved like a bunch of little kids. We should be ashamed of ourselves."}
