It’s part of having the largest fleet. I fir one agree that a lot of people who passed should not have because u was there watching them as they “trained.” You have to start somewhere though. I was fortunate enough to already have experience. The year I’ve been driving I’ve seen more O/o and other companies in a ditch or back into someone than I have Swift. It’s all about perspective sir. If someone doesn’t want to hire me because of my name or the company I worked for then so be it 🤷🏾‍♂️ I have other skills. I can weld, operate heavy machinery, construction, some electrical experience. I’ll be good lol

I got my Charger for 22.5k at zero down because of the partner program with Chrysler. There are others. If you are settled and happy enough, stick. The grass isn't much greener elsewhere.
