There is nothing wrong with having reserved parking spots, but when 50-75% of capacity is such, that is simply a way to fleece us out of more money. \n\nPilot/Flying J has reserved parking too, but only 10-25% capacity, and Loves has no such program that I’m aware of. These companies have new or remodeled facilities, but most of TA facilities are looking run down and dated. So where is the profits going?
