Swift is counted as one company in those statistics just the same a a guy who bought a second truck and hired a guy to run it. So it’s mostly small operations giving up and their drivers aren’t jobless, they’re joining the big companies. There’s just no room for startup fleets. OO can make it because it’s just them starving or running niche markets
