{"replyTo":"","text":"So it sounds like your just trying to pass  orientation and not look for a long term solution, be that as it may, but long term program would be ideal. \n\nRather then pop a pill, maybe look at goals and short term achievements to find a permanent solution to your issue.  \n\nIf your BP is not even at a acceptable limit for a 3 month temp med card, is it really worth the risk to further elevate risking harm to yourself and the general motoring Public?\n\nCheers!","replyToPid":0}

{"replyTo":"","text":"Since I recently got hit with the hbp, exercise and cut down on the sodium intake. My primary dr gave me a paper that showed how much sodium I should eat a day. Also go to an actual dr and let him or her prescribed you a pill. If you have been passed over numerous times because of hbp, look for a less stressful job while you work on lowering your hbp or you may end up having a stroke out here.
