You should stick to the service intervals religiously. You can tell that your engine is getting worn out by looking at oil consumption. This means that oil is bypassing the rings, due to wear, and is escaping out of the exhaust valves hence the oil loss. Checking your oil level regularly can help you from running low on oil and will let you know when it’s close to time to schedule an overhaul. Although at 25k price tag it may be wiser to just get another tractor being that they’re less than 50k for a solid used unit. As a general rule, 1 gallon every 3 thousand miles oil consumption is cause for concern and it’s at that point you’ll have about 1 year left give or take on your engine life.","replyToPid":0}

","text":"what program is that? at four million miles, it's had to have been overhauled and rebuilt. I really believe it was the oil because another reviewer also said he ran this off brand oil for his 4 trucks and they all had engine problems.","replyToPid":292188}
