","text":"not that true, we are allowed to start driving at 15 with supervision.  16 no restrictions.  most farm kids are driving at 10. 3 years to get into a situation/ accident","replyToPid":273631}

","text":"I think if your 18 and you join the military and are deployed when you come back you should be able to walk in a bar have beer...I own trucks insurance companies dictate who you can and will you cannot hire...I would take somebody with a couple speeding tickets but got 20 years experience to at a job but the insurance company will not insure them because of the speeding tickets.... so therefore they would take a driver fresh out of school because there's no point or csas on that license","replyToPid":273900}
