What's the largest "lumper" fee that you have to pay?

They took forever to get me the money because the amount was so high they had to verify a bunch of information to make sure I wasn't lying. The load was at a grocery distribution facility. I had a dry van as well. I thought it was insane to pay that for one truck to be unloaded but I guess some companies are willing to pay.
