You cannot have any alcohol in a CMV whatsoever unless it’s sealed, packaged, and part of your load that won’t fit in the trailer and the BOL reflects that. If DOT does a surprise inspection and sees any evidence of you drinking in your truck even on a 34 hr restart you can lose your CDL. Call an Uber, Lyft, or cab and go to a bar. I haven’t checked in a while, but it used to be a minimum of 4 hrs from having a drink to operating a CMV. Check the books.
