You won’t make good money with any of these mega carriers because they just don’t get the rates to pay more. So, put your time in and then look for a smaller company or a company that only hauls their own freight. But that 1 year experience is required by many of the insurance companies out there. We get 8.5 cpm in easily gained bonuses, meaning you can be getting .53-.54 cpm, avg. 2500-2750 miles / week.  Great equipment, dispatch, and We don’t have to go to CA, NV, AZ, NM, or anywhere North of PA.   Shoot me a reply if you’d like to chat.  Good luck getting away from CR England.... not a good company.
