Why can none of you get the hell out of the center lane?

{"replyToPid":0,"replyTo":"","text":"silly people with made up lane designations, many places have laws that state \"keep right except to pass\" and \"slower traffic keep right\".\n\nBut, I honestly couldn't care less what lane somebody is it.  I'll pass in whichever lane is open.\n\nWhat gets me are the people that will come up to and slow down behind a slow truck in the center lane when the right or left lane is wide open.  Can see the truck is going slower, can see if a passing lane is empty, could have moved over and passed without ever slowing down.  Oh well, guess some people are afraid of passing."}
