{"replyTo":"","text":"I have noticed that the two-hour break does not stop your 14-hour clock until you take the longer eight or seven-hour portion. however overall I do like the changes because it does provide me more flexibility when I can stop take a longer break sometimes I get stuck at a dark for 2 to 3 hours and that helps me later.","replyToPid":0}
