","text":"It was originally shrimp scampi... and I cooked the steak in the scampi butter as well.. but drained off the excess butter and added a bit more seasoning before plating. Trying to drop a few pounds before my bday, so I had to make sacrifices 🤣. \n& I can’t believe I didn’t even think of mushrooms!! Would have given it soooo much more life!! 🤤.
