{"text":"So my company offered me this 2020 international truck. No one wanted it stating not enough storage. I jumped at it due to I was being shuffled from truck to truck. (We just didn't have enough trucks and now no spare). I made a mistake. It's automatic but shifts wonderful It has the speed limit sign reader which sometimes reads the 45 Minimum instead of the actual and after the speed changes up, and if the sign is down or it doesn't read it, it keeps yelling about going over the limit and tries to brake. This has the lane departure which can be shut up but turns back on after 15 minutes and when it goes off, it's loud, scares the hell out of you and sounds like an old Atari video game. This has the proximity sensor which yells when you put a turn signal on to exit and there is the wall from the overpass. Has CMS which is stupid as well. One company said it decreased their front end accidents by 60%. Impossible. Since that is not a constant figure of front end collisions, that is not accurate. I just got this yesterday and already I want my old pos back. Terrible automatic and missing jump seat plus just worn out but at least it's not trying to be a trainer truck. I have been doing this for close to 20 years with only accidents being those that ran into me. Thoughts on this safety stuff?","videos":"[]","link":"{}","pics":"[]","canComment":false} |
