Good money vs Good trucks

{"text":"So recently I switched from big trucking to driving tri axles (it pays way better). What I’ve noticed is that all of the companies that pay a lot have terrible equipment. I’m currently driving a junk 2007 sterling with a Mercedes motor......ugh but I make damn good money and only have to work 50 hours/week.\n\nOn the flip side, there’s companies around me who pay $5-$6 less per hour but have brand new Pete’s and Kenworth’s. It’s so tempting to go work there just to not have headache from breaking down all the time. I’m young but old school. I take pride in my ride but it’s hard to do when you’re driving a rusty turd.\n\nWhat would you guys take $200+ less per week just to have a nicer truck? Or take the extra money and truck on in your Raggedy truck?\n","videos":"[]","link":"{}","pics":"[]","canComment":true}
