{"text":"I gotta ask my fellow truckers, my brother is planning to buy up 20 acres and turn mostly all of it into a truck parking lot in Montgomery, Al its close to where we live so we're starting here. He plan on charging 5$ per night to stay with bathrooms and showers all covered by that $5. eventually we will put more amenities to the location and even a self washing truck wash. We need your constructive feedback.","videos":"[]","link":"{}","pics":"[]","canComment":true}
{"replyTo":"","text":"I think it’s an awesome idea. But make sure people don’t trash it. And for self wash is a great idea if you have the holding tanks and permits for the waste water. That’s the biggest thing. Maybe a laundry room too. That way they can have it all at a safe location. ","replyToPid":0}
657069 发表于 2019-08-23 11:14:17 I hate paying for parking..but I normally dont raise too much hèll if it's only 10 bucks, which is what you should charge if you are going to have those amenities available for truckers. Very cool !!

{"replyToPid":0,"replyTo":"","text":"I stopped at a Texaco last week in Robert Louisiana; to my surprise they charged $10 a night and was killing it. I had to deliver at Walmart the next day 5min from there and so did most everyone else, and there were no others places to park near that Walmart DC. So the key to be successful is the need in that area, n the availability for parking."}
{"replyTo":"","text":"check that zoning most states require industrial zone for truck parking. and as was said before location is key is there a need for people to stop there? DC/major whse or manufacturer nearby? are there companies in the area that need drop yard space?","replyToPid":0}
