New driver in Chicago.

{"text":"Hey all, so i've been driving for about 3-4 months now and just switched from Werner to Schneider due to multiple reasons, but now i'm running Jet-set intermodal for them and i'm going to be in Chicago most likely half of the time threwout the year. I'll be running out of Chicago running mainly Regional, sometimes crosstown if they need me to. The main thing i'm worried about is routing and possible button hook turns in chicago, mainly getting to CSX 59th street I heard is a bit tight to make a turn getting to there. Any tips on driving around Chicago/judging my turns and when to button hook, or any other tips and tricks in general for the area. {"replyTo":"","text":"I did local Chicago for 5 years. You will learn very quick how to judge your turns. One thing I always did was take as much space as you need. Use your trailer to take up 2 lanes for your right turns. Just be sure to keep an eye out for cars cutting into that right lane. ","replyToPid":0}
