{"text":"Where do I start? Lol how about the nights and weekends dispatch is a joke practically nonexistent they much rather play Computer solitaire then do their job. They ignore the phones half the time, DM are only there 40-50 hours in a 5 day week, they make up false reports of hitting service trucks and can’t provide proof but it still goes on your day report, payroll are crooks but would tell you that they are right and your wrong, there lease program is just another way for them to get the most they can from you and you are always wrong even if they give you the wrong information you’re supposed to know. The only thing they have is miles ( if you can get them) they are the lowest bidders. Just don’t ask any questions to help you do your job. Also I’ve heard reports from other new drivers that one of their trainers slammed a girls head into the steering wheel because she was asking him questions and they didn’t fire him but let her go.
