{"text":"So, this is my concern, I'm driving for one of the big companies as a Tanker, I'm giving the company 11-12 days, but they keep seating me on the weekends, I have 5 months of experience, and I'm tired of be seated when I want to be driving, so I started looking for another company, and I want to drive Van, So, Celadon, Ozark, Heartland  and Marten called me but I don't know witch company it's better, I would like if someone here have any experience with this companies to please give me some advice. Yes they pay you. \n\nPay raises are only .005 half a penny per year. Though they start out with high pay and do company wide raises.

Got stuck out on weekends somewhere with out a load  especially on a holiday's would sit for 3 days 😡.\nThey pay better but you don't get the miles soo 🤷‍♂️. All companies have +&- \nI say don't change stay in one place for a year you look more stable not a job hopp

","text":"not to mention every time you go through a terminal you have to wait up to a couple hrs in line 4 a mandatory truck inspection before you can do everything else. if you have to go to a terminal 2-3 times in a day you are screwed.
