Jordan Carriers says not at fault after one of their trailers hit my truck. What to do in this case?

{"text":"This is my experience, call the cops always no matter what people says, or company suggest in order to avoid things. The driver of the Jordan truck (1308) told me on my face he didn’t see me after his maneuver was incomplete and he started backing without looking and hit my truck. Love’s of Richmond didn’t have cameras facing that area, since I had to wait for him to back into my spot my camera was facing the other direction and he also moved away from my truck really fast I wasn’t able to take a photo of his trailer carving through my cab. I blew horns couple of times before the collision and when he got out of his truck said “I thought was with someone else”. Careful with this people because apparently they are instructed to leave asap in case an accident happens or negate the whole thing id their equipment don’t reflect damage. A PAM trailer was hit yesterday morning by a Jordan Truck in a Flying J on OH 76 few hundred feet from me the guy flee the scene, the damage was minimum to the PAM trailer the driver decide to ignore the situation but still I think this should be out there for you guys to know.","videos":"[]","link":"{}","pics":"[]","canComment":true}

We all of us are in a professional relationship out there, all of us are trying to pay bills and sustain our families, as we are courteous in other things as drivers, we also have to take responsibility for the things we do... It’s called Life, don’t go around teaching just cosmetic to people may backfire at you. I can drive with that damage for an eternity don’t bothers me as you can see still there, company told me to go to a yard and fix it because may affect my fuel economy since air goes into the cab so will be fixed next week.","replyToPid":0}
