{"text":"I have a 2001 KW T2000 DDEC III/IV.\nAfter sitting overnight woke up to slow crank. Ended up having to get a 24 volt jump, on a 12 volt system, to start engine.\nI connected a Maxwell Start Module 1800CCA. When cranking it would crank for about 10 seconds before going dead. With the batteries and ESM charged and after using a battery charger/boost set to 50 amps the engine would start only when the key is released from the start position. I removed the ESM, went back to using the 4 batteries, in parallel, and get 20 to 30 seconds of cranking but, no start.\nI did replace the solenoid and had the starter bench tested which apparently was good. I'm not convinced that the starter is good. I can have 13 volts at the starter/solenoid posts but, during crank the volts drop to under 11. One question is what should the voltage be, with starter turning, at the starter/solenoid posts for a 42MT starter?\nI do have 13 volts at the ECM power connector and with the ignition \"on\" the dash power cycle is normal.\nI did replace the TRS and the SRS with no change. Using ether does not start engine. No engine codes.\nI'll be changing out the back fuel check valve and testing the fuel pump. There are no issues with the Davco.\nI really don't see this being a fuel issue considering that it will start with more juice.\nAny input would be appreciated and \"thank you\" in advance.
