{"replyTo":"","text":"If you're going to a new company...talk to their DRIVERS...when doing this...remember the 80/20 rule...80 percent of the drivers will give you their honest opinion...the other 20 will complain...probably about something that was their fault.\n\nIf you're thinking of leasing your truck on to a company...make sure you get them to send you a copy of the lease agreement...this document is VERY important...not just the lease purchase agreement...though that is important too (if you're doing a lease purchase, which I do not recommend)","replyToPid":0}

","text":"check the reviews. drivers will voice concerns when they leave. doesnt mean some aren't biased cuz they got cut loose on a drug test though.  ask recruiter and then your dm if integrity is a priority for this company. tell them you wont unplug eld, cheat your logs or run a truck that wont pass inspection. those points follow you to your next job.  kllm or ffe have terminal nationwide. they are straight shooters.","replyToPid":123437}
