","text":"personal miles are just that. personal. for the most part they are used for things like driving from a consignee to the store for groceries and back to the original location. for regular use you have to start and end at the exact same facility. the only changes are now you can have a trailer, and with the eld mandate if you get into an emergency situation due to traffic and weather you can still make it to safe parking legally. but like I said before, if you are gonna use it while loaded you better have a provable and good reason for it.","replyToPid":26805}
