{"replyTo":"","text":"Roger’s Trucking in Abingdon, Virginia.  Website states after 1 year of employment the driver gets 1 paid week of vacation.  My wife had surgery so I took off that week for her and had to take a couple extra days the following week.  Because I didn’t call in with them, Roger refused to pay my earned time off which was in his website.  In the interview there was mention of commission pay and no north east...both lies.  You get an assigned truck but there is slip seating.  One driver took my assigned unit for three days with all my belongings while I was out in a loaner unit.  The head dispatcher if he gets angry with you will cut your miles and give you crappy runs.  In my opinion the drivers weren’t paid fairly the empty and loaded miles.  Never matched up with the truck gps.   They say they haul refrigerator loads but scrap metal, shredded cardboard and non hazmat chemicals was hauled on a food grade trailer.   Sorry greedy company to drive for so I went someplace else where at least they have Qualcomm that shows your miles.  ","replyToPid":0}

{"replyTo":"","text":"Prime Inc.  -  Trainers sucked, miles were garbage (1700-2100 avg.) They make the driver pay for chains, load locks, and trailers locks. No layover pay and detention only get paid to you after customer pays.  Plus, this shaft you on miles. The avg was 12-17% short of actual miles driven.   Where I’m at now is the complete opposite.
