{"text":"I’m happy now that I’m over training and in second phase. Let me tell you it should not be legal to let someone train after three months of driving. I  found out that you have to be able to sleep with Co driver if you can’t sleep it’s time to say something to them and then the dm if that don’t work get with safety. If that don’t work threaten to quit.  Your safety is #1 if you don’t feel safe don’t do it. I was suppose to make $560 first 3 weeks but I made 900$ kicking butt just driving was dog ass tired but now that I’m solo $700 is what they have to pay you even if you don’t get the miles. This is for 3 months!  I have not gotten many miles this first week solo hoping I can get this trip planning down I keep accepting load without looking at delivery time and messing up my clock. {"replyTo":"","text":"I graduated from CR England over 5 yrs. ago  and I'm not bragging I got the hell out of there ASAP to start  making money I was making only about $450. per week left landed my first real paying Job with 9 months experience my first check was $1480. for 8 days out, Now I make min of $1500 per 6 days out and do not stay on the road more than 10 day and my highest check was $3200. My advice is I went to a smaller carrier who pays me actual odometer miles at the same rate loaded or empty, And the truck was governed at no less than 70 mph Also You ask when and how you get paid. I suggest a carrier who pays you by check as soon as you hand him you POD's, Any carrier who can't pay you on the spot has money problems, carrier who pays Practical, Google or Air miles  are STEALING money from you, Anything other than actual odometer miles at the same rates. Is you are driving extra unpaid miles. Don't settle for less. Also remember be Safe first don't take any risks by getting into an accident or tickets that will make it difficult to get jobs, CR England doesn't give a **** about you. It's important when looking for a better paying job to ask those questions before you fill out or interview with a carrier, If they are not willing to be honest with you on the phone then don't waste your time. They don't give a **** about you... Keep track of your miles and time double check and make sure your pay is correct. Also   ask what speed is there truck governed at should be at least at 70 mph.
