Yes I had to pay them back for not staying. But you are never locked in. I made enough money at next job to pay them back. Back then Roehl wasn’t paying newbies a whole lot. {"replyToPid":0,"replyTo":"","text":"I want to give you a piece of advice.  I had young man approach me in truckstop.  he said I looked like I been trucking for while 🤣🤣. he needs some information.  he had no over road experience and went thru training program.  the company made him sign contract.  if he quit before 1 year he must pay them for training.  Read and understand thecontract your going to sign. Don't make mistakes others have. Then be stuck in unhappy situation."}
