payment for helper

{"text":"I've been doing this OTR moving for a few months and I have to pay for my own help ... I've done the hiring people in the places I go. It's ok but can get expensive so I would like to take my boy who I've worked with for 12 years. It gives me someone on the road to help with stuff and I trust him with everything as he taught me all I know about moving ... I'm trying to help him with work and don't really know what to pay him.
