{"replyTo":"","text":"i actually run two Garmins a 770 n 780 their both about 6 yrs old but built like a tank sorta speak(one has the built-in dash cam the other doesn't), Rand McNally's I've had from the past always died after a couple yrs or sooner. I like Garmin you can define your own route if you like, use what Garmin selects, I use the Weather radar in it a lot to check conditions along the route it literally has radar that looks like the one on TV and updates it i believe every 15/30 mins, has traffic conditions ahead also it will change the route color where traffic jams/stops for the distance from pink to red, and slow traffic to yellow it's great that way and pretty accurate many times over, also has several other warnings like stalled or broken down vehicle ahead, object on road ahead, etc etc , just a lot of great features. You can pair it via hot spot/internet wifi and change it when your stopped to watch a movie or YouTube lol..I mean I use almost every function on this thing n mine are the age I mention above. You can update it via wifi just make sure you have a good strong internet signal I usually do my updating at hometime or at one of our wifi in our terminals but yeah. It's got the hazmat routing I mean just to much to mention all here. If I was to buy new I would still buy Garmin.","replyToPid":0} |
