","text":"I thought it was 25,000 but yeah if you're under the weight limit you don't need a CDL unless you have a trailer longer than some limit(25ft?).\n\nAlso, even with no CDL requirement you might need to still follow hours of service rules."}

","text":"This is true, my buddy runs a hotshot business and runs an ELD, and does the DOT drug test. He’s out of Utah and they have him run an ELD not sure if every state requires it","replyToPid":479058}
