{"text":"anyone know the penalties for being inside the 285 bypass in Atlanta. got cought 4miles inside. will not let me pay online making me show up for court date. every phone call leads nowhere people act like I'm bothering them disgruntled workers even no professional courtesy at all statue says 150$ but I smell something that stinks lol. I have a perfect driving record any ideas how to keep it that way besides the obvious take the damm bypass. 4pm delivering at 6pm a hour and a half away guess what.
