If one or more pins won't retract no matter what you do it probably needs to go to a trailer repair shop.\n\nIf the pins are retracted but the tandems won't slide try lubricating the rail with WD40 or similar. \n\nMake sure the tandems line up in the same position on both sides. If the left side is in position 2 but the right is in position 3 the tandems are probably jammed. You need to fix that or the trailer will track off to the left or right possibly out of your lane. That's not only dangerous it will wear out the trailer tires pretty fast."}
