{"text":"From Charleston you can use State Highway 60 to Gauley Bridge. Great quiet places to park from Quincy area Chelyan then a few miles up the river on Hwy 60 there will be lots of free parking.  Montgomery is big truck friendly the local coal trucks, and 53 foot range can go over bridge easily. Find Fayette Pike and you have access in safe walking to Franks Pizza. Great huge Calzones are awesome or if 9-5 try Leslie’s Cafe American by Family Dollar, Dollar General, Dairy Queen.  Easy parking. Mexican Food at El Jalisco is excellent!    Further up Hwy 60 (avoid treacherous 90degree uphill curve at Deep Water Mountain) go back across bridge to Hwy 60    Smithers Burger Carte., Taco Bell, parking is friendly. Burger Carte also has slots. Parking excellent Grants Supermarket.  Past Dollar Tree in Smithers there will be excellent parking roadside for many miles.  Gauley Bridge up past the gorgeous Kanawha Falls excellent parking.  Town of Gauley Bridge has a good local eats.
