There are companies, many out of Chicago, who do edit keep trucking logs to keep you running illegally. Key word is illegally. {"replyTo":"","text":"I'm never forced to run illegal, and my logs are never tampered with, I monitor my log every day, the only time they get edited is if the eld goes haywire and I request the assistance of getting it fixed properly, it's a felony of your dispatch is tampering with your log book and it also puts a very bad mark on the company, furthermore I would highly recommend that you do more homework on how the ELD actually works and find peace with yourself and enjoy life because in the end you don't get to keep anything \ncheers 🍻","replyToPid":0}

{"replyTo":"","text":"It was my understanding that if a company has \"no forced dispatch \" it means they will allow you to turn down loads you do not want. so then I would guess forced dispatch would mean that you are required to go where they tell you when they tell you. personally I never turn down any load because I like money.\n\nIf what you are saying is actually happening then I would start keeping a paper log regardless, it is your responsibility to make sure your logbook is accurate. and then I would start looking for another job. now they could possibly put you on duty or off duty but I don't think it's possible to change the drive line, if the vehicle tells electronic log that the vehicle is in motion, I don't think anybody can change that which is why you see all these idiots creeping around the truck stops all the time.","replyToPid":0}
