Thank You Truckers

{"text":"I wanted to take the time to thank all truck drivers that came before me.  As a female driver in this time, I would like to express my appreciation to those who paved the way for others.  I am not sure how this post will be received because truck drivers by far are the toughest I have seen.  A tight knit group who keeps complaints to a minimum because it’s not in your DNA to do otherwise.  \n\nI hope my impact on this culture is minimal.  As I drive the nations highways as an OTR driver I am always out, the road is my home for now.  I raised my kids and now I am driving to support myself and ensure I am fed and my basic needs are met while contributing to the tax base.   \n\nI see you men working hard all day long.  I see you maintaining the nations roadways; driving goods all over the country; patrolling our highways; running the warehouses; and serving our country…you men have made this country what it is today.  Your ingenuity, strength, resolve and determination despite challenges and difficulties.  \n\nYou men are teaching me so much in so many ways as I observe.  You men work without complaining, instead you solve problems despite daily strife and challenge.  You send home the bacon so your loved ones are taken care of…I see you and I admire your continued dedication despite busted knuckles and broken backs, you lead the call.   Thank you I am following your lead and believe me, I send you all 100% respect!!
