","text":"I did Joe. They turned all the pounds into rescues around my area. I don’t mind paying a fee to cover spading or neutering but I’ve been quoted 350 dollars. So I figured I would try on here. I’ve stopped at a couple of pounds on the road, where I could get my truck into, and they said it would take around 10 days before I could walk out with a pet. I’m just shocked at all the red tape and fees. Thank you for your suggestion. ","replyToPid":471339}
