No sound while making phone calls.

Now, it occasionally wants to take me in circles, or back to the last stop unless I completely clear the itinerary. Now for the worst part. As of 3 weeks ago, it will no longer give me verbal directions while on a phone call! All my other apps still work while on a call, I have searched and reset all settings several times.
