{"replyTo":"","text":"amazon is odd, just go in and check in with them and see what you can do. download the amazon relay app and try to find your load, (its there, even if you can't find it) armed thus, ask them to call you and see if the agent will help/fix/ change or update as may be, they are probably in India, so don't be surprised if it sounds like tech support is calling you. fines? well kinda, they will change the rate if your ratings go too low, and won't give more loads or contracts, but Communicate with Amazon and you will generally be fine. they won't give you a fine for just showing up at the gate early on my experience","replyToPid":0}
