{"replyTo":"","text":"Carlos is right. I’m sure the dollar general account ofWerner is a bad gig, maybe not the worst but definitely down at the bottom. I would recommend trying to get on a different account with Werner, you’re going to need optimally two years of experience with one of these Megas to get a really good job somewhere else. You just gotta pay your dues, driver.","replyToPid":0}
{"replyTo":"","text":"\nAll companies are the same don’t make rookie mistakes like everyone else. \nSome pay 40cpm \nSome pay 50cpm \nsome pay 55cpm\nsome start you off 65cpm and not give you raises for years. If you stayed the same place you have higher chance of making more money than job hopping. \nIf company says you’re bad driver ask them how you can improve instead of getting all worked up moving on to another difficult situation. \n\n\n","replyToPid":0}
{"replyTo":"","text":"I agree with the last 2 comments. Try and get a different account but stay where you are for now. Get your time put in 1st. Then start looking for a better gig. I know it stinks but its better to do it now. With as little experience that you have it will be hard to find a GOOD Company to take you on. There are ALOT that just want a body behind the wheel. Which do you desire to be? A Good Driver with matching pay or a steering wheel holder at sub par pay? Good Luck!","replyToPid":0}
{"replyTo":"","text":"I don’t know what area your from.. but west Texas are hiring drivers for the oilfield with little experience. Good pay and some companies pay perform. They’ll train you.. I used to love over the road, how it used to be back in the day. I’m getting tired of it.. heading to the oilfield in a couple weeks any questions let me know I’ll get you some numbers#","replyToPid":0}
{"replyTo":"","text":"Transco Lines out of Russellville Arkansas or it’s sister company Riverside Transport out of Kansas City. Both are a great company ","replyToPid":0}
{"replyTo":"","text":"Pretty sure Tyson foods will hire you as a company driver. I’m on an owner/op account with them and they’ll hire a guy to retire em! Call their recruiting dept and talk to someone bout a OTR position 👍🏼","replyToPid":0}
