","text":"The other mechanic got to it.  He said it’s a mess.  Air line is disconnected.  Bolts are missing. Wrong nuts.  He got the bracket secure but he said the other bolts are not on correctly.  He just stopped to see what was happening and sent me pictures.   He’s going to get back to it Tuesday.   It’s like the other mechanic had someone else attempt it and they had no idea what they were doing.
