He did that for 4 months before his teammate jumped off the truck during hometime. Then he solo’d for not much more than that same amount for two months. I still paid him his allowance so he didn’t get discouraged. Then we found him a guaranteed minimum (aka salaried w/commission) pay job after he got 6 months in. Now he’s at one year and seeing even more opportunities. Just hang in there. At 6 months look for something with guaranteed minimum pay. Coldliner Express and Panther are two that I know of off the top of my head that offer guaranteed minimum and take 6 mos+ of experienced. Hang in there, it gets better I promise after the two year (clean mvr) point. Good Luck and Be Safe. "}
