{"replyTo":"","text":"Nice set up! I used to be a gym rat and competed in powerlifting (squat, bench, deadlift) before becoming a truck driver! Best lifts in competition sq 672 lbs, bench 460 lbs, dl 630 lbs in the 220 lb division! Now it’s just stretching and a little cardio! Every night after I shut down I stretch my whole body and walk/jog for about 10 minutes! Not trying to break any records! Just get the heart pumping and blood flowing for health purposes after sitting down all day in a truck! So if you see some dude jogging around your truck stop or rest area, it’s probably me 😂!
