Is it time to fire my fleet manager?

{"text":"Tired of the lies and deceit! Example! A while back I’m in East St. Louis, IL for morning delivery to St Louis, MO! I get there and place is closed! My Preassigned load was a 800 mile load! Fleet manager said take trl back to East St Louis! When I get there he pulls Preassigned load and gives me load to Missouri for 100 loaded miles! \n\nLately lots of shag loads in Midwest and south! Same area all the time! Getting sick of it! Requested to go out West for several months now! ","text":"I think change to a smaller company where they actually give a dang about you and your miles... You have a choice of a million since everyone is hiring. Depends where you wanna go... But do a little research before you jump ship to the next one so u know it's not sinking too..","replyToPid":449305}

When the owner says jump and you say how high?! I’m not saying all small companies fall into that category! I’d have to do research! How long have they been in business! What benefits and pay?
